My personal favorite new iPhone OS 4.0 feature is Folders. This feature will allow iPhone and iPod Touch users to organize their apps into folders. You can group apps into categories simply be dragging one application on top of another. This action will automatically create a folder for you, allowing you to add as many apps to the folder as you'd like. Accessing apps will now be faster and easier.
Spell Check
Apple has finally upgraded their spell check. Misspelled words will now be underlined. When you tap the word, a menu of suggestions will drop down with predictions of the word you were trying to spell.
